Amazing service here at obsidian, after being recommended many back street garages i took the risk and contacted the manager himself and he did not disappoint ask for Badr he will look after you, work was done by Raj. upon collection he explained everything they had done and even offered to polish the car in a weeks time which is rare as time is money and many others wouldn’t want to hear back from you will definitely be back in future or even for that polish great job lads.

Professional environment✅
Friendly staff ✅
Secure ground ✅

And not to mention one off the workers kam had pointed out my tyres were below minimum thread and instantly arranged for tyres to be fitted elsewhere 30 mins away and held that garage open for me after hours on a Friday night which meant a lot. Wouldn’t dare take my cars anywhere else after this visit. Once again thank you to the team here at obsidian…..

I’ve used this body shop a couple of times now and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. The service has always been excellent, the work is done to a really high standard, and the prices are very reasonable. They’re friendly, reliable, and always make the whole process easy and stress-free.

Really happy with the service every time and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended! 👌

Dropped my van in for bodywork as they it had some battle scars. I was quoted £2000+ to repair 3 panels on my crafter van. Obsidian sorted it within the same week of dropping in for £1100 all in. Obsidian is great to work with & will be using them again for my other vans and recommending to friends and family

I’m really happy with the work they did on my car. They did such a great job — it honestly looks brand new again! The quality of the work was excellent, and you can really tell they take pride in what they do.

The boss, Badr, was also so nice, caring and welcoming throughout. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was done properly. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back again!
